Stress management helps you stay focused and capable of dealing with stressful situations. It helps you to relax even in most challenging situations.
Hypnosis and trance techniques can assist you in achieving this level of tranquillity.
Crisis intervention
Do you want to fly on vacation again completely relaxed, for example? And there is this challenge of flying. Are there other "ghosts" that trigger crises in you?
What triggers a crisis in you? Is it driving in dense city traffic? The worry of not finding a parking space? Is it tight elevators or dizzying heights? Or is it four-legged animals or even creatures with more than four legs?
I have great news for you. These crises don't actually exist. They are constructs of your brain. And just as you built these constructs, you can also bring them down.
Mentale fatigue
Do you feel a constant fatigue? Do you feel like you can't move at all? Neither mentally nor physically? Do you experience a sense of inner emptiness, indifference, or despair?
Do you feel weak or exhausted? Do you have difficulties to concentrate? I there a lack energy and motivation?

Hypnosis- & trance coaching

Trance is a state of deep relaxation. At the same time, your subconscious is focused on a specific task (such as overcoming exam stress).
During this state of trance, the coach guides you to address and confront their anxieties and helps you to develop coping mechanisms to manage them.
Overcoming mental blocks
Are you not making progress? Is your path blocked?
That's just what you think!
What is preventing you from moving forward? Release yourself from sentences like "I can't do it." Because they are just standing in your way. Come, let's simply remove these mental blocks.
Try doing something new, something unusual. You don't have to turn the world upside down for this. Start small. Begin with your daily habits.
Doesn't it feel different now? A small change has a big impact, especially when it comes to longtime habits.
Break out of your daily routines. Commit yourself every day in doing something that you have never done before.
Simply offer your mind new experiences. Do things differently than usual. Your brain simply loves change.
