My name is Tom…

… and this is my story.

As for ‘About Me,’ I'll keep it brief: Tom Dreibrodt, born in 1967. Master of Arts in media science.

 

I work as a licensed NLP coach with a focus on mental stability, crisis management, and work-life balance.


Why these areas of focus?


My experience with mental challenges, crises, mental blocks, and burnout are not something I learned from books or studied for a long time. They are self-experienced and therefore firsthand experiences.


My experience as a former sufferer from depression.


I suffered from depression for years. Diffuse fears and panic attacks dominated my life and locked me and my ever-shrinking world into a prison that I had created for myself.



It is said to bring luck touching the nose of Greyfriars Bobby in Edinburgh.

This is how a mental challenge can look as well.

After more than two years of psychotherapy, I finally found a way out of this cage.


My NLP training has taken me further than I ever thought possible.


I pass on my experiences and knowledge and can support you communicatively on your way to a new, purposeful self.
